PRIVATE IN-PERSON CLASSES
Private online classes are designed for all of you that have health issues; wish to progress faster; desire to gain better flexibility, mobility, strength; work on some specific themes; have goals you wish to achieve and need professional assistance.
Private classes are my specialty. Devoting to one person and scanning the posture and movement in order to create the most effective program is my goal.
We will go through a short questionnaire. Based on your answers you will be provided with a 1 hour and 15min one-to-one workout.
