Micromovement Yoga will activate all the muscles of your body – those you were never aware of. Therefore you will achieve a better awareness of your body and mind, better control of your movements, and coordination.


This micromovement technique will lead to relief of the tensions, stiffnesses, and pain, which is essential as it leads to better circulation, energy flow, and optimization of health. Consequently, you will feel better, have more energy, clear thoughts, and more power.

Available programs are:

Membership program

Micromovement Yoga Online Membership program – is designed for all of you wanting to practice from home. On a weekly basis, you will get two 20 to 30min sessions of guided Micromovement Yoga practice. All exercises of the sessions are explained and shown in a clear and detailed way. Each session consists of approximately 5 to 6 different exercises. 


By going through the weekly session you will activate the whole body. Each week we will have a different theme. We will go through new variations of exercises and activate, thus, slightly different groups of muscles with the aim of reaching the best results.  For all possible questions, there is a Q&A (question and answers) option. Once a month I will answer and show all the posed questions and clarify the uncertainties, if there are any.


In the Micromovement Yoga Online Membership program, you will learn the main asanas and their variations, synchronizing your breathing with your movement. You will also learn completely new postures and moves that will lead you to the better performance of all the classical asanas. This approach will help you develop better flexibility, mobility, and strength and achieve a balanced posture.

Private online classes

Private classes are my specialty. Devoting to one person and scanning the posture and movement in order to create the most effective program is my goal. 


Private online classes are designed for all of you that have health issues; wish to progress faster; desire to gain better flexibility, mobility, strength; work on some specific postures and themes; have goals you wish to achieve and need professional assistance


In all the mentioned cases we will go through a short questionnaire. Based on your answers you will be provided with a 1hour one-to-one workout designed especially for you. Depending on the case we will have one or more private sessions to reach the goal. 


Online private classes are held through the Zoom application. 


Exercises are recorded and you get unlimited access to your private sessions.

Private in-person classes

Private classes are my specialty. Devoting to one person and scanning the posture and movement in order to create the most effective program is my goal. 


The private classes in-person program is designed for all of you that have health issues; wish to progress faster; desire to gain better flexibility, mobility, strength; work on some specific postures; have goals you wish to achieve
