MICROMOVEMENT YOGA MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM
Micromovement technique leads to relief of the tensions, stiffnesses and pain. Consequently you will feel better and have more energy.
On a weekly basis you will get two 20 to 30min long sessions of guided Micromovement Yoga practice.
Each session consists of approximately 5 to 6 different exercises, all together you will go through 300 exercises within a bit more than 7 months of practice.
This program is ideal if you search for a guided, well-prepared, and systematic workout that will get you into an excellent shape.
By going through the weekly session, you will activate the whole body.
We will go through new variations of exercises every week and activate, thus, slightly different groups of muscles with the aim of reaching the best results.
You will develop better flexibility, mobility and strength and achieve a balanced posture.
