Flexibility, balance & strength program

Program is composed of a wide range of different exercises with the aim to:

  • Reduce stiffness and consequently pain from stiff areas of our bodies
  • Develop more flexibility, mobility and strength
  • Develop balance in the body, with the focus on balancing the left and right sides of the body
  • Improve coordination and awareness
  • Turn in all directions and consequently establish better circulation
