Face Yoga Basic Program

2.10.2020 we are starting with Face Yoga Basic program. In 7 meetings (2.10.-13.11.2020) we will learn basic Face Yoga exercises, combined with diaphragmatic breathing that will:

  • Tone the muscles of your face and scull and, thus decrease wrinkled areas;
  • Improve facial circulation and blood flow;
  • Impact the endocrine system and organs;
  • Influence the reduction of toxins.
