Face Yoga Online Live Course

Face Yoga Online Live Course is composed of five one-hour zoom live meetings. 


When you conclude the beginner's level, you can join the intermediate and, in the end, advanced one. In all three levels, you will learn more than 21 Face Yoga exercises in detail, focusing on the face, neck, and cranial areas.


The program is designed to slowly guide you from the simple to more complex exercises. In each session, you will learn the benefits of the exercise, its connection to the glands and organs, and details that are important for the best possible performance and top results.


The advantage of the live zoom meetings is the option of having the camera turned on and being corrected in the performance of the exercises. It is also possible to pose questions and get all the needed answers. Exercises are recorded and you get unlimited access to all sessions.

Private online classes

Private online classes – private classes are my speciality. Devoting to one person and scanning the face and its movement in order to create the most effective program is my goal. 


The private classes program is designed for all of you that have health issues; wish to learn more and progress faster; work on some specific themes; have goals you wish to achieve.


In all the mentioned cases we will go through a short questionnaire. Based on your answers you will be provided with 1h of a one-to-one program designed especially for you. Depending on the case we will have one or more private sessions to reach the goal. 


Online private classes are held through the zoom application. Exercises are recorded and you get unlimited access to your private sessions.
